Cancellations

Standard Reservation Cancellation Terms:

• More than 7 days before arrival: If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you will receive a full refund minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will result in a one-night charge.

Monthly & Holiday Cancellation Terms:

• Monthly Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation less than 10 days prior to arrival date you forfeit your deposit.
• Holiday Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival date you forfeit your deposit or one night camping fee which ever is greater.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please call us at your earliest convenience. We appreciate your cooperation.

• No-shows: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior cancellation, you will be charged for the full stay.
